Syntergy's World Tour 2015
Syntergy is participating in the 2015 OpenText Innovation Tour schedule with the next stop in Calgary, Canada on May 20th. The Innovation tour allows organizations using Content Server to maximize their investment and interact directly with fellow Public Sector, Resource and technology professionals, learn about emerging trends, hear OpenText executives share their vision for the future, and participate in a variety of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and industry focused breakout sessions. These events bring the Enterprise World experience directly to customers around the world.
Enterprise World 2014 in Orlando was over in November and for Syntergy it was a huge success. "We really had a great time at Enterprise World." stated Doug Arthur, President of Syntergy. "It's just a great time seeing all of our many customers and hearing how things are progressing. Anytime we can interact directly with the customers is big for us." Arthur has big expectations for the Innovation Tour shows as well. When asked about the tour he said, "The great thing about the Innovation Tour is that we get to meet people all over the world. It's a lot more efficient to have them come to us than to try and get to every part of the world where we do business. We especially like the opportunities to show off our products to new customers. We have some great products for Content Server and this tour really gives us a chance to show case them."
For Syntergy the best part of any trade show is the chance to meet customers and discuss their needs. As in the past, this year's Innovation Tour will be no exception. "It is always great to see our existing customers and to meet new customers that have a real need we can address." said Martin Black, Vice President of Sales at Syntergy. This year Black has noticed customers have a real interest in data moving. Syntergy is meeting this demand with several different types of moving products from desktop applications to background bulk movements to real time replication. "Our new Directory product has been an overwhelming success since it has been released." stated Black. "We also have many customers interested in replication and the many ways it can help them with their business needs. A big problem for these companies is the ability to effectively meet data compliance requirements at sites with low bandwidth," said the long time Syntergy sales representative.
Syntergy is expecting a big turnout at all the shows. "We have been coming to the shows for a few years now and the response has been fantastic!" said Doug Arthur, president of Syntergy. "We see a lot of existing and prospective customers looking at our products that they have heard about through a webinar or from talking to someone about solutions. We are really excited to show off Director this year. It has been a big hit and the more people see it the better." observed Arthur.
Syntergy always has a variety of analysts and developers attending their trade shows. The number one priority is to have the most knowledgeable people available to answer the wide range of questions that customers have. Syntergy prides itself on having superior technological solutions so these tours are a great opportunity to show off the people behind the technology. The technology behind Content Server is continually evolving so it is important that Syntergy attend as many technology transfer sessions as possible.
Another benefit of the Innovation Tour is that customers can share their experiences with one another in an informal setting. Prospective customers can talk to existing customers and ask questions about how prospective solutions were actually implemented at customer sites.
