The first in a series of action packed Content Server classes is being offered as a refresher or for new Content Server Administrators. The 3 day training facilitates teamwork as it steps through the necessary preparation and information gathering required for resource planning, system design considerations, software installation for Content Server and Content Server configuration. The training also includes interactive activities for how to perform key administration tasks, and covers the most common calls for help from Content Server users and how to resolve them. Additional Content Server End-User classes will be offered soon in this dynamic training format. |
