Challenge
To improve project efficiency and collaboration, ATS wanted to design and implement a solution that would allow external users – mainly customer project resources – secure and selective access to project information.
Solution
ATS determined that a MOSS extranet, supported by bi-directional replication technology would be the ideal solution to address its need for secure external collaboration and information sharing.
Value
Following the implementation, an average of 40% of the active internal ATS project sites require a SharePoint extranet site supported by Syntergy Replicator, with an average of 4-5 external users per site.
